Hello Dr. Tyson, Is the multiverse the interpretation of time?

Neil deGrasse Tyson Time is not well defined outside of our universe -- our bubble among the infinite bubbles of the multiverse. Beings within those universes surely keep time by whatever methods are sensible to them. But no, the existence of the multiverse itself is not contingent on our interpretation of time.
