Is Soren's "moment" ability the same as "Jorundyr's gift"? If so, how come Wulfric's hands shake while Soren see's the blue glow? Does the ability come with different side effects to different body types or perhaps climates?

I'm about three chapters away from finishing servant of the crown... I've enjoyed the trilogy but cant help wondering if there is more mileage in Solene and Gil? of course three or four chapters is a long way in a book... Looking forward to seeing what comes next...
