What is your favorite part of the writing process?

Dave Reardon There's a somewhat magical moment in my writing process, when all the threads of a story just seem to come together. While I do try to map out the story from the start, I've found that certain things twist and turn on the way from my imagination to the page. New ideas, challenges and even whole new characters emerge as I write. And for a while, I wonder if I've added too much. Then all of a sudden, it will all drop into place, as I write. Character's motivations become crystal clear and the whole thing just makes sense. It's very satisfying.
