Hi Sebastien, my 13 year old son loved your Spellslinger series. Are your books The Malevolent Seven, The crucible of chaos and/or Play of shadows suitable for young adults?

Sebastien de Castell I think both Crucible of Chaos and Play of Shadows are fine for young adults. Malevolent Seven, too, most likely, though it has a great deal of swearing in it! If your son hasn't read the Argosi books (beginning with Way of the Argosi), he might enjoy those as they tell the origins of Ferius Parfax, one of the main characters in the Spellslinger series.

My brother showed me your book (Traitor's Blade) a couple of years ago. He picked it up because it sounded good. I finally bought a copy and I'm on page 58 having just started today. I just wanted to tell you that it's damn good. Your writing is excellent and the dialogue is stellar. Right out of the gate you've endeared me to the main characters. I've ordered the next two already. When's the movie?
