Hi Rick! I have a quick question to ask. What are you current plans for writing a third book to the chalice of the gods and wrath of the triple goddess? It is one of my favourite series.

Rick Riordan I am working on the third book right now. I do not know when it will be released yet. I've been slowed down by the numerous projects we are working on in the television space. The next Nico book, Court of the Dead, comes out this year, 2025. There MAY be another project published in 2026 (not 100% sure, but probably). Best guess, then, will be 2027 for third Percy book. Sorry for the long wait, but I find myself spread pretty thin these days!

Hi Rick! Gotta start by saying, I am so grateful for the work you do to promote diverse authors and your intentional inclusion of diversity in your characters. As both a teacher and a writer with a child audience, how do you grapple w/ teaching mythology while being honest about the dark, and arguably sometimes evil things the gods do in the myths? Do you ever wish you could address those things more directly?
