Kenzie
Kenzie asked Stuart Gibbs:

why do you keep adding homosexual characters to your books? not to be passive aggressive, but just genuinely speaking. you said that it was a moral decision, but aren't you losing more readers as you go along writing your books? for every reader that supports this, there's another dozen who feel uncomfortable with it. so why do you do it? just asking

Stuart Gibbs That's the thing about moral decisions: They are not always business decisions. I was well aware that I might lose readers by choosing to do this, but I still did it because I believe it was the moral thing to do.
