Congrats on moving into a new home and I'm excited to hear that you will be pursuing writing. I'm living proof that dreams do come true.
My advice is to read a lot, write a lot and study the craft of writing. My favorite craft book is John Truby's Anatomy of Story. I also took online classes by Margie Lawson.
Join a critique group. This was very important to my writing.

I already asked you what the theme was for Say You'll Remember Me and thank you for responding! The theme I chose for my book project was not what you said the main theme was. I was wondering if another theme in the book is be yourself? I found that theme from the way they were both trying to find who they are. - Kaitlyn
