Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

M.J. Logue Most recent.... well, I happened to be in the Royal Cornwall Museum and obviously I'd intended the series to go on throughout the Civil Wars, but rather than following the major battles, to have Babbitt attach himself to Thomas Fairfax and campaign with him. So while I was in the museum I thought I'd have a poke around with what was going on in the West Country and.... well, there you have the latter half of "A Wilderness of Sin" - where it starts to get political, and the wheels start to come off the New Model Army a bit.
