Robin Stevens Hello! I remember - it was so nice to meet you, and I'm really glad that you're still a children's book fan! I have indeed read Chalet School, and liked the books a lot, though for some reason they didn't influence me in the way that Malory Towers and St Clare's did. My BIG obsessions as a child were Diana Wynne Jones, Eva Ibbotson and Tanith Lee's Law of the Wolf Tower series. And Redwall! And then of course Nancy Drew, Famous Five, Encyclopedia Brown and this very odd book called Casebook of a Private (Cat's) Eye. I could go on and on - I was a voracious reader! I hope that's helpful!
