Coffee&Books
Coffee&Books asked Roni Loren:

How far ahead do you plan your books/characters/next-in-series? Do you see them one book at a time or is a wall covered with a family tree of sorts, interconnected people and next stories to tell?

Roni Loren Good question! I usually know one book ahead who the next will be about. That way I can weave them into the previous story and set them up for their own book. But sometimes characters who I never planned to have a story will surprise me like Kelsey in Caught Up In You and Pike in the next book coming out. When they originally showed up in earlier books, they were just meant to be side characters, but then my head started poking around into what might drive them and I realized they needed their own stories. :) Thanks for the question!
