The Cocktail series are the best books I've read in a long time. Every book you write gets better! Keep up the good work.

Since you are a reader yourself, do you ever see something that someone else has written and think "GAH, why didn't I think of that?" If so, can you give an example (I ask, but I wouldn't be able to - I don't retain that type of detail.) Also, can you give us a hint about where your next book(s) will take place?
