I have been trying to purchase Bound To Darkness since its release in Sept. I can find it on e-book sites but I actually purchase and keep all your Midnight Breed books. I can not locate it anywhere. I've checked Books A Million, Hastings, Barnes and Noble, Wal-Mart, Kroger, Target, even online. I've asked the two above large book retailers if they could even order it, I was told they can't get it. How can I get it? T
