I loved the way you built suspense and intensity as you drew the reader into the corrupt society in the Article 5 series as well as the realism of characters that stay pretty constant in personalities throughout. If you changed genre and wrote a romance would you focus on the plot or character development? Do you see yourself doing this in future?

Kristen Simmons Hi Wendy! Thank you! I could definitely see myself writing romance, and although I'd hope to make it character-driven, I'm sure I'd have to add some danger/suspense elements. As much as I love a good love story, I'm not sure I can completely stop writing the action-oriented stuff. :)
