Manny Rayner I would prefer to work together with a talented independent filmmaker, but for some reason Lars von Trier has blatantly ignored the concept I wrote for him a few years ago.

Why? Didn't I put in enough gratuitous sex or blasphemy? He could at least tell me what I did wrong.
