Suzie
Suzie asked E. Lockhart:

Do you think you'd ever consider writing more about Ruby Oliver?

E. Lockhart Ruby has four books and a short story. http://www.emilylockhart.com/books/th...
I would love to write more of her, but there are no plans to do it at present. She is very fun to write. Especially the footnotes.

More Answered Questions

Sarah
Sarah asked E. Lockhart:

I promise no spoilers, but I am SO curious about your process in crafting We Were Liars. Did you outline? Know the end at the start? Or did it evolve?

Amanda Sudo
Amanda Sudo asked E. Lockhart:

I was wondering, in your opinion, do you think it's more difficult to write well rounded, believable female characters than it is to write well rounded, believable male characters?

MissSusie
MissSusie asked E. Lockhart:

I finished We Were Liars yesterday and am still thinking about it and think I will for a long time..Have you thought at all about a film version? I think Edward Herrmann should play Grandad!I felt at times , it is written like poetry, as a diary and as just rambling but beauty throughout. What made you decide to format the book this way?
