Manny Rayner I did briefly worry that someone would shoot me. But, that very night, the spirit of Voltaire appeared to me in a dream and said that if I was martyred in the cause of free speech I would go to Atheist's Heaven and receive 73 attractive, sexually experienced women who all wrote witty book reviews, understood quantum mechanics and were fluent in French, Swedish and Norwegian. Sounded like too good a deal to miss.
