Does the producer (or the other producers) accepted already of making the sequel of "Geography Club"?

Brent Hartinger Sadly, a sequel to GEOGRAPHY CLUB (the movie) seems very unlikely at this point. The producers did want to do it, but couldn't make it work out.

The good news is that I have a couple of other movie projects in the works (including one other gay teen story). If all goes well (and things look really promising right now), the gay teen project will be out in 2016 or 2017.

I noticed in the description it says, "He’s the definitely of a Golden Boy…" and thought to myself it's likely meant to be "definition" instead. Just thought I'd alert you to it!
