I'm so thankful you are doing a sequel to Vault of Dreamers! I just read that book with my 13 year old, and the first thing she asked when we finished was, "What? Please tell me there is a book 2!!" Really great work! Will book 2 bring back Linus or at least tell us what happened to him?

Tara ~ I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed the book with your daughter! What a great way to read it. I don't think it's too much of a spoiler to say that Linus reappears in Book 2. It would be a shame to leave him out.

I just finished "The Rule of Mirrors" and cannot wait for the release of "The Keep of Ages". I work at a book store in Beavercreek, OH. Are you thinking about touring/book signing for the release? Wait--Vault 2? Does that mean Vault of Dreamers wasn't a stand-alone?! O_o I was just about to ask about how you were inspired for the ending! Ah, well. I guess I can still ask in a new context. How did you determine that would be a good transition scene for the second one?
