I'm a librarian at Pittsburg Public Library in Kansas, and am very curious about your choice for Osage Flats. I read that you had family from Kansas, and your reason for choosing it as your setting for this story, but can't help but wonder where you visited when you were younger?

Hello! I want to start off by saying, I loved your book "The Roanoke Girls". I was just wondering IF and WHEN you will write something like that again? I am not into you books "the Book Of Ivy" and think you took a nice turn by writing "The Roanoke Girls", that type of story is most definitely more appealing. Please write something like that again! The suspense and story line was fantastic!

I just finished The Roanoke Girls, and loved it! I didn't even mind the "shocking" and "disgusting" factors in it. How did you come up with this idea, a story with so many sensitive issues in it, a book that so many people might think is gory and explicit? Looking forward to your next book ... I'm hoping it will be dark and psychological like TRG is :)
