There are no plans for a sequel to Winter Kill. Of course, I have changed my mind before, so it's always possible some story or theme might occur to me that would be perfect for Rob and Adam. Never say never.

But at this moment in time, I believe Rob and Adam are done.

On my umpteenth read of 'death of a pirate king' and as always I find myself perplexed at the end about why Jake told Paul Kane about Adrien's plan on the boat. I know he doesn't want to believe Paul is the killer, but that doesn't quite explain why he would betray Adrien's intentions?
