By the time I finished Blood Promise, I was indeed starting to think of them that way. I knew early on Rose wouldn't end up with Adrian, but I hated to abandon him. He's such a great character! Pairing him with a human--a very composed, academic human--seemed so unlikely, and I loved the challenge it offered! So, you actually see hints of that in the rest of the VA series--like when Sydney sees Adrian on the Las Vegas hotel film footage, she comments to Rose that he's cute. :)

I am a huge fan of your VA Series, and I personally loved the movie. A lot of people are saying that it's too light hearted and not serious enough to be a vampire book, but I personally feel that if it were actually serious, it would have been horrible, and the books don't start to get really serious until Frostbite anyway. My question is, will we be seeing a sequel to the VA movie? (Please say yes!)
