Hi Elizabeth! I am *finally* starting your Maiden Lane series (currently reading "Wicked Intentions" and loving it so far). I'm aware that your other books in the series deal with various characters we've met in "Wicked Intentions"; maybe I'm jumping ahead of myself since I've only just started the series, but I am curious: have you ever considered writing prequels to tell the story of Concord or Verity?

Yup, I actually had plans to do a novella about Concord and Rose, his wife, but so far I just haven't had the time. It actually takes me almost as long to write a novella as it does a book, so I figure better to do the books. Sadly, I'm just not that fast a writer. :-(
