Just finished AtU yesterday and I was so frexing excited to find out it's part of a series! I'll be getting my hands on pt2 ASAP. Anyway, AtU is a great example of proper sci-fi: the kind that raises philosophical/sociological questions regarding scientific advancements. How many of these serious issues did you specifically set out to explore with AtU and how many just arose naturally as you wrote?

Beth Revis Great question! They all arose naturally--the only story I set out to write was Amy and Elder's and the situations happened around them.

I have a question about the Compelling Reads Tour your taking part in later this year. I'm coming on Nov. 2 and I was just wondering if I would have a chance of buying The Body Electric and you signing the Across the Universe Trilogy, or is it just a seminar? Would we also have the chance to get the authors to sign their books and/or buy some of their books, even the ones they're not promoting on the tour?
