What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Alyssa Bailey Read. Write. Don't stop. Research, read, write, fine tune your writing and read/write more. I have been writing from the day I really could and have done so since then. I stopped to have children, work on my career, (the other one) but now am in a position to simply write and I love it. My English Prof in College wanted me to submit some of my pieces to an awards committee but I didn't due to my lack of confidence. I now wish I had but it is never to late to follow a dream. Just do it.
