I have read all your books, and totally enjoyed The Other Daughter. It was superb. I could not put it down. I have recommended it to several friends. I am sad to hear your Carnation series is ending. I own them all, and the last pre-ordered. Would you ever consider bring back any of the Carnation characters on their own?

Pamela, thank you so much!! I'm so happy you've enjoyed both the Pink books and "The Other Daughter".
When it comes to writing, I never say never! I always said I'd never write anything set in the twentieth century (other than Eloise), and, well.... There you go.
On the Pink front, my guess right now would be that if I were to revisit that world, it would either be to finish off the stories of characters I didn't get to (like Kat and Tommy, or one other couple who I can't tell you, but you'll absolutely know who I mean once you finish reading "Moonflower") or for a spin-off series in a different time period, either about Richard's parents, Lord and Lady Uppington in the 1770s or about Colin's great-aunt in the 1940s.
I will say that it's highly likely that Pink descendants will continue to show up in my stand alones. The one I'm working on right now is about the granddaughter of Gabrielle Jaouen from "The Orchid Affair" (and we get to see Gabrielle late in life!).

Hi, my name is Cintia and I'm from Argentina. Being a writer is what I want the most in this world, nothing makes me happier than writing, but I'm more and more frustrated with each passing day, because I've been blocked for 3 years. And it is not that I have an unfinished story. I have NOTHING AT ALL. A blank page in front of me, that only makes me sadder... Is there a way to overcome this? How do you handle it?
