How do you deal with writer’s block?

Cornelia Funke There is no such thing! Stories love to hide from us. They are a maze and while looking for their beating heart we often fall for their tricks, follow the wrong path, the wrong characters....and run into the hedge. I guess that's what some people call writer's block. It is a very important moment though, when we hit those hedges - they reveal where the stories hide and where we took the wrong direction. We just need to walk back to where we suddenly felt lost - and choose the right path (which of course will make the story very angry:)
