How do you get inspired to write?

Bev Baker OH what a question? I go for a walk. I tidy the house. Mostly when I am still in mediation or in contemplation I am visited by inspiration. she is very fickle. Sometimes she brings me 4 words. Sometimes she brings hundreds. She arrives when I am in the queue in the bank, watching something on T.V. or when I'm shopping for food. She likes to come when I have no pen or paper. she amuses herself while I repeat the idea over and over again until I get home. Sometimes she doesn't come for days and I despair...but luckily for me she always returns.
