In Let The Sky Fall you said Sylphs are from the sky and Humans from the ground, does it also mean there are a water based creature? Also theoretically if a Sylph and Human married would they be physically compatible, and make half-lings or some sort of hybrid?

Well, if there were any other kinds of creatures, they would be part of their own book, not the Sky Fall series. So I guess the answer to that is, "we'll see if I ever get an idea I want to write about a water-elemental type creature."
As for the Sylph - human thing, I ... honestly don't know how to answer because um... the whole interspeciesiality thing kinda squidges me out when I really think about it. (like werewolves? Werewolves and humans freaks me out. I start picturing kissing dog breath *gag*) So...I don't know. I knew right from the start that I wanted to write about two sylphs falling in love, and i haven't let my brain go beyond that. :)
