The solution that works best for me is to listen to some of my favorite movie soundtracks. I found it really helps to pull me back into my writing. However, sometimes that doesn't work either and at that point I just have to walk away from the computer for an hour or so.
The danger with writer's block is that it can destroy your motivation (or make you stop writing for days at a time) so whatever you do you have to press forward.
