I'm currently writing What Makes A Family, which will be an October 2016 release. It's a group of women who gather at the family farm on a little island in the Chesapeake Bay to say goodbye to their matriarch. It's a story about the messiness of being a family and loving each other sometimes not in spite of failings but because of them.
