How do you deal with writer’s block?

Devi Ansevi So far, I've never had writer's block in my favorite genre of erotica. In other writing, when I get stuck, I'll move away from the keyboard, grab a bunch of colored pens and pencils and highlighters, and start writing stream of consciousness thinking about whatever my topic is. I'll change colors as I move from one sub-topic to another, highlight particularly interesting thoughts. Basically, I'll take a "coloring book" break. Then I'll read over what I've done, and my fingers are itching to get back to the keyboard!
