Hi! First off, I'm am one of your biggest fans. I love your Inkheart trilogy, and it has become my favorite series. I aspire to be like you in my writing some day. That comes to my question: What are some tips you would give to a want to be author who wants to make their characters more believeable? Also, what are some tips to keeping the story entertaining from cover to cover? Thanks, and have a fantabulous day!

I fear you will have to discover the answers to these questions yourself, as I believe, every writer has to find his/her very own path to achieve that. Just a general advice; be curious about EVERYTHING, inside and outside, watch carefully and try to catch the world in your words

Hi Cornelia! My question: I'm a huge fan of Inkworld and Mirrorworld. Is there any possibility the short stories about this two series of books will become available in English (or Spanish)? Because, I just saw a "Inkheart Novels" (I didn't know they existed) and I already read the "Mirrorworld Anthology" but I'll like to read the Christmas story and the other short stories too. Thank you!

Hi Cornelia, ich bin mit deinen Büchern aufgewachsen, war bei der Uraufführung von "Drachenreiter", wegen Herr der Diebe will ich unbedingt nach Venedig (irgendwann schaffe ich das!).Und: dank Tintenherz habe ich jetzt mein zweites Lehrjahr als Buchbinderin begonnen.
