I've almost finished Ruin. Can't recall the last time this genre of book has moved me to joy and tears. The gory scenes and battles seem very real, though the bear eating Intestines almost put me off my lunch. Imagination or research for the details? Thank you for providing me with such a roller coaster thrill of a read.

You've made my day :) And I can assure you that the scene with the bear and the intestines was all imagination, zero research for that part :) Not sure what that says about my imagination, though!
