Hello! I wanted to ask how you were able and where you found the line between horror and romance? Of course blood and gore too! In Anna Dressed in Blood you wrote everything so in sync. There wasn't anything too mushy gushy, the romance wasn't horribly forced and you(fans) still loved the characters and wanted them to be together without cliche. Also as someone who is wanting to write horror/romance, any advice?

Kendare Blake My advice is to let the characters do the heavy lifting for you. Know them, and know them well. If they behave true to themselves, it will read authentically, rather than forced. I always say that Cas wrote these books. And that's fairly true. Also, thanks for the too kind compliments!
