Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Diamante Lavendar My work in progress is entitled Parallel Universe. It is a fantasy/coming of age story about a young man named Damien Rouse. It takes place in medieval times. Damien has been called to be the upcoming seer of his village of Rathclag. This is the story of his awakening.
This book was based on a dream I had about a year ago. I saw a young man attempting to fulfill his calling. He stood on the edge of a cliff overlooking a void or chasm to the place of his fulfillment...a parallel universe. He wished more than anything to fly across the chasm to reach the parallel universe but was held back by weeds and the cares of the world in which he lived.
Thus Parallel Universe was born!
