You may have answered this question before - but if young-adult fiction didn't exist as a recognized or legitimate format of literature, would you still write young-adult fiction?

Good question! Absolutely I would still write YA. There's something really powerful about writing books for readers whose lives you can really change. Teens aren't set on their path yet and the chance to inspire them is huge. Adults are a lot more set in their ways. I also just really love the genre-I read YA all the time. It's fun and thought provoking and I can never put my YA books down. And, finally, the YA community is so amazing. The readers, the writers, the bloggers--it's pretty cool to see how supportive everyone is of one another and the books. That all being said, I feel very lucky that YA is becoming more and more respected by adult readers. It's like having my cake and eating it, too. :)

Hi! I am wondering if in the next book is going to have some of Malek's POV just like Raif did in Exquisite Captive? Also, Goodreads is telling me different release dates for the next book (one source says Jan 2016 and one says March 2016) and I am just wondering when exactly it comes out? I am super eager for the next two books! I love the Dark Caravan Series (trilogy?).

Hi, I loved reading your book Exquisite Captive, but I completely despised the clip hanger. Especially when it was just getting serious. I have more than one question for you if you don't mind. One is when is the next Exquisite Captive book coming out, and if it is already out can you please tell me where to find it? Also, what is going to happen to the jinni's in Arjinna?
