I want to start writing my own book. Do you have any advice for new writers?

Yes! Number one is read. Read and take notes on everything from beautiful metaphors to how long each chapter is. Find a book you really resonate with and pick it apart. Try to figure out why you like it so much then incorporate those concepts into your own writing. Once you've written a book, spend some time figuring out your elevator pitch and find a local writing conference to attend. Good luck!

I realise you have probably answered a lot of questions in reference to Tiger's Dream but here is another one. I was wondering whether you think the first Tiger Saga movie will come out before Tiger's Dream or the other way around? I have been dying to see the movie but also to read the fifth book and I would like to know a date or a month that I can work towards (slowly crossing off the days on the calendar). Thanks
