Shannon Messenger Alas, I am not able to read other people's writing, whether they email it to me or post it online (in fact, if they email it to me, I have to delete it without ever opening). It's a tricky legal thing that's way too long and boring to explain. But it's something I have to stick by. Sorry.

I will say that I think you're putting too much pressure on yourself to get things perfect when you're clearly still new to the writing thing. Remember, writing takes practice. The more you write, the better at it you'll get. So just have fun with it, try different things, eventually you'll start to feel like YES, THIS IS HOW I WANT THE STORY TO BE. :)
