Hi! I'm answering your poll here. I'm a new fan of the series, just did a marathon of your books so everything's still fresh from my mind. LoD is my fave so with that being said, I'm really really invested with the Sarah-D'Arque pairing. Plus, I would really love to see more of Megs and Godric again. So my answer is B!! Okay! Just for you, I will put Sarah St. John and d'Arque together (which, of course, will involve cameos of both Megs and Godric and their offspring as well as the St. John sisters.) This means though that now I need to find a different hero for Hippolyta and frankly I'm running out of names. This morning I was considering giving heroes condiment titles: the Duke of Ketchup, the Viscount of Mustard, and the Earl of Thyme...probably not, though.

I love your Maiden Lane series! It's one of my favorite romance series out there. I was just wondering, how do you do most of your research for the different historical aspects of your novels? And would you consider it more difficult to write a historical romance as compared to a contemporary one because of the research involved?
