Oh my--this is hard because I'm not necessarily a fan of sad books / movies. I'm okay if they make me cry in places, but overall I prefer they make me laugh. So the only thing I can think of is the time PS I LOVE YOU was the movie they were showing on my flight and I decided to watch because I was bored. I've never sobbed so hard--and I've never watched it again.
