I can definitely state that I have plans for sequels, and am working on the first of those at present. I have three additional novels for the current story arc in mind, although each should stand alone while building on the events of the previous, leading toward an inevitable, ultimate smack down, of course. Continuing the trend established by The Bladewitch, my hope is that they will be relatively short novels, fast and entertaining reads, that will still manage to offer some depth and complexity.
The present work in progress takes the Bladewitch far from the seat of her goddess's power and the environs of the first novel, to a place and environment so far removed as to be completely alien, where both her faith in the death goddess Naith, and the magic it grants her, are sorely tested.
