Martina
Martina asked Kristan Higgins:

Hi Kristan! Love your books. About "Anything for you", we meet lots of characters in previous books. How do you keep track with who did what in previous books so you don't make an error in a new book? Do you keep charts, notes or have excellent memory? Greetings from Croatia!

Kristan Higgins Hi, Martina! I'd like to tell you that I keep it all in my razor-sharp brain, but, um, that would be a lie. One summer, I hired a college student to make a "bible" of the book: every character and every characteristic. So: "Prudence Vanderbeek: Oldest Holland child, married to Carl, mother of Ned and Abby, trying to reinvigorate marriage. Wears flannel, loves Star Trek." That kind of thing.
