Is the Harper Connolly series ever going to make it to TV?

The Harper books almost made it twice, and I have to hope that third time is the charm. My friend, writer Kam Miller, has wanted to do it for years, and we pitched it very earnestly, but nothing seemed to work. We have hopes for the future.
