Shannon Messenger I do have a picture in my head of what her full outfit looks like, BUT ... i try not to dictate out a list of details. I honestly never even give the artist super detailed instructions when he's making my covers. I'll give him a general idea and he comes up with the rest. And I do that because I like readers to be able to imagine things how THEY want it to be. That's the beauty of books--you get to use your imagination.

I can tell you that Sophie probably wouldn't be wearing heels, though. :)
