Cathy Ace Hello Gary - first of all, I'm sorry! I'm glad you won, but sorry the book hasn't arrived yet. My publisher takes charge of sending out books to winners, and I have already emailed them to try to find out what's happened. As soon as they get back to me, I'll get back to you.
