Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Neil Mach I was waiting at the bus stop - in a sad city - on a gloomy morning and I felt all the injustices of the world weighing down on me. All of a sudden life seemed so unfair. Then an unfortunate looking character sat down next to me and he seemed quite happy, in his own shabby way. Blessed, too. And I thought - I wonder how it feels to be an angel in a world that is indifferent to your exemplary behaviour? So I smiled at the unkempt stranger. And he smiled back at me. And things did not seem quite so bleak.
