Anna Dressed In Blood is very entertaining, how did you come up with this story line?

Kendare Blake Anna's storyline arose from one basic premise: Anna vs. Cas. I had my ghost-killing boy and murderous ghost girl, and I just had to throw them in a room together and see what happened. The rest spiraled out from there.
