I love your books! I was just wondering if there will be anymore books in The Empress of Rome series? It seemed like you wrapped it up after Lady of the Eternal City, but I wasn't sure. Can't wait to pick up the Borgias series!!

Kate Quinn So glad you've enjoyed my books! For the moment, I have no plans to continue the Empress of Rome series (though who knows? Plans change). I do get asked quite a bit about a book for Annia and Marcus, but that's one I definitely don't want to write - though they had happy and successful lives in many ways, they also had at least 13 children of whom only four lived to adulthood. So while I am perfectly willing to conjecture that they took solace from their remaining children and in each other, I don't want to write nine dead babies. I'm a bit of a wuss that way!
