Before I ask my question, I LOVE KEEPER OF THE LOST CITIES! You've inspired me to write more novels cause I was at the point of quitting. Now the question, Why did you write kotlc in third person instead of first person?

And honestly, the POV was an unconscious decision. I always heard the story in third person in my head, so that's the way I wrote it. Just like Let the Sky Fall was always in first person whenever I imagined it, and that's how it came out on the page.
