I received an ARC from NetGalley for you newest upcoming novel "Most Wanted" I loved it. How do you come up with ideas for your novels?

K, Sorry I'm so delayed in responding, and thank you for your wonderful words about MOST WANTED. I'm thrilled you enjoyed the book. Many ideas for my books come about because of something I see or hear in real life, or something very minor that happens but serves as a kernel of an idea. MOST WANTED really just came into my mind and the prospect intrigued me, and I thought it would make a great book. Thanks again for reading, and I hope you will enjoy my other books as well. Best, L

I am looking forward to it, Lisa. I am writing a novel with an equally unsavory character and my psychiatric consult told me the same thing. Have you tried to make your guy (the one in the novel, not the psychiatrist) a sympathetic character, or just let him be a villain?
